Volunteer RNLI TRiM Manager – Royal National Lifeboat Institution

We have an opportunity for a Volunteer RNLI TRiM Manager to be recruited on a volunteer basis, who will ideally already be trained to Practitioner level in the TRiM process or be able to demonstrate significant experience in applying the TRiM or similar principles. RNLI can provide professional training (by March on Stress) to act as a Volunteer RNLI TRiM Manager, to accompany the existing 2 Volunteer RNLI TRiM Managers in the RNLI. This will consist initially of 3 days of training with an expectation that there could a reasonable number of incidents in the pilot period that would require you to carry out TRiM quality checks and support Volunteer RNLI TRiM Practitioners, and may require additional travel and overnight stays. The training dates are scheduled for 6th & 7th July in London.

Suitable for volunteers aged 18+.  For further information contact Mantell Gwynedd on 01286 672626 or volunteer@mantellgwynedd.com

Volunteer RNLI TRiM Practitioners (various areas) – Royal National Lifeboat Institution

We are looking for 9 people to become professionally trained (by March on Stress) to act as Volunteer RNLI TRiM Practitioners. This will consist initially of 2 days of training with an expectation that there could be a reasonable number of incidents in the pilot period that would require you to carry out TRiM assessments. The training dates will be 12th & 13th July 2016 in Poole, Dorset.

As a Volunteer RNLI TRiM Practitioner, you will play an integral part in supporting our teams following certain types of incidents. You will be involved in shaping the future of how post incident support looks for the RNLI and providing feedback on the pilot scheme. It is important that you live within easy reach of the above locations; this is for the pilot only, which will run for 1 year, commencing in July 2016.

Suitable for volunteers aged 18+.  For further information contact Mantell Gwynedd on 01286 672626 or volunteer@mantellgwynedd.com
