Group Leaders and Co-ordinators - AGRO

AGRO help recovery through activity, building social capital, breaking down stigma surrounding addiction.

Can you help by running a weekly group, organise activities with extra activities on weekends and evenings and promoting the group in your local community.  You will be supported by AGRO  Co-ordinator and receive training and some costs.  Personal experience of recovery is essential and excellent people and communication skills.

Office Assistant - SNAP Cymru

Provides advice and help for families and children with additional learning difficulties.

They need help in the office, helpline, information centers and fundraising. Bilingual skills, driving license, friendly telephone manner and IT skills would be advantageous. You will receive support, training and travel costs. Contact us today for more information.

Art Centre Assistants - BOCS

BOCS  CELF - aims to establish a focal point for excellence in young contemporary art by providing space to exhibit, exchange ideas, share skills and engage with the local community.

You can be involved by welcoming visitors to the gallery and respond to questions. Assist in workshops and also with installation/changeover of exhibitions.  

Rainbows, Brownies and Guides

This opportunity will suit an enthusiastic volunteer who enjoys working with young people.   As an assistant or leader you will be helping with craft work and various other activities. Two groups need help at the moment - Llanberis Brownies meet on a Friday evening 6 - 7.15pm and the Rainbows, Brownies and Guides need help at Ty Cegin, Maesgeirchen, on Tuesday from 4pm onwards.

Archeology and Legends around Dinas Emrys

Learn about the history of Dinas Emrys near Beddgelert and train to be a guide who can lead a small group of people to this historic site.  Full training given.

National Beekeeping Centre Wales

Require a Visitor Centre Assistant to meet and greet customers, assist with apiary visits, demonstrate products, handle cash and maintain tidiness at all times.  Good communication skills are required and a willingness to learn about bees and beekeeping.
