Trustee - Snowdonia Society

Snowdonia Society works to protect the landscape, wildlife and cultural heritage of the Snowdonia National Park for the benefit of the people who live in or visit it, and for future generations.

Snowdonia Society is managed by an Executive Committee of around 17 members. The Committee is responsible for implementing general policies and further develop the Society; ensuring Financial stability; appointing new staff and ensuring that they are managed effectively.

We are looking for possible new Trustees to help develop and oversee the Society's efforts. The Committee meets at least 4 times a year in a location within or close to the National Park. The following skills and experience have been identified as particularly useful: campaigning, land use planning, planning applications, architecture, design and heritage, countryside management, legal matters, financial matters, personnel management, public relations, marketing information technology, publications, education and fundraising.
