Assist
the key and support workers with their daily tasks
- Communicate effectively with the key
and support workers
- Share any concerns regarding young
people with the relevant staff
- To be a voice for the young people
in meetings e.e. focus groups, residents meetings
- Be a good listener to the young
people by keeping professional and sharing information when needed following
the confidentiality procedures.
Encourage and support the young
people to:
- Get full use of the projects
- Attend activities and make the most of
the opportunities available
- Develop and learn new skill
- Be healthy
- Budget their money effectively
- Believe in themselves and promote
self confidence
- To reach their full potential.
