Carers
Outreach is an organisation that supports parents and carers over 18 years in
North West Wales .
Volunteers
are needed to help during Carers Outreach activity sessions.
You will be
supporting parents and children / young people with additional needs in these
sessions. Activities include craft, playing and offering support and information.
