Educational Assistants will work
alongside the Director of Operations to deliver both indoor and outdoor sessions
to young people who suffer disadvantage, helping them to gain confidence,
communication skills, qualifications and practical skills that will enhance
their future prospects. They will work with service users in a person-centred,
non-judgemental way, listening to their needs, issues and aspirations and
ensuring that the ethos of WITH is upheld at all times.
The role involves a large amount
of physical activity and therefore would not be suitable for individuals with
mobility difficulties. Age requirements:
