To provide a confidential information and signposting
telephone helpline service to people experiencing domestic abuse
and sexual violence, and to those contacting the service on their
behalf.
To evaluate and minimise risk to callers who are
experiencing domestic abuse and sexual violence.
To refer callers to appropriate support services making
use of the Women’s Aid online vacancy system where necessary.
To maintain accurate information on calls received, that
comply with confidentiality and the Data Protection Act. This opportunity is suitable for people age
