Collecting fundraising cans volunteers – St David’s Hospice

The Hospice fundraising department depends on the generosity of those who give in order to keep the Hospice doors open for patients locally.  Collecting cans which are placed in the community alone, raise in excess of £20,000 and there are in the region of 500 collecting cans places across the communities in which the Hospice serves in shops, retail outlets, cafes and pubs.

The Hospice is looking for volunteers to take on the role of a collecting can round which is determined by geographical location.  A number of geographical areas are possible and there are more than one role available.  Couples and friends are welcome to take on this role in pairs too.

The collecting can roles are regular and predetermined so a collecting round sheet will be provided and the regularity of collections mutually agreed prior to starting the role.

Based at St David’s Hospice, Abbey Road, Llandudno, LL30 2EN but travelling to various geographical location or a mutually agreed geographical location.
