The advice line is the first point of contact for CAB
clients.
This role entails:
1. Dealing with a wide range of issues from clients over the
phone
2. Support clients of all ages and backgrounds.
3. Provide information to the client
4. Refer clients to other agencies who can provide
specialist advice
5. Keep records of all client cases on the database
