Our Home form Hospital scheme aims to help people
resettle into their homes following a stay in hospital. As an Independent
Living volunteer who you will undertake various tasks from assessing what the
service users’ needs are, to transporting the service user home and making sure
they have essential food supplies. Just two hours a week could make a huge
