To support and encourage vulnerable older people to have
the confidence to speak up for themselves in a variety of living situations
including residential and nursing homes, sheltered housing and extra care
accommodation. To encourage resilience and self-esteem and to encourage self
advocacy skills. To support older people to have their needs, rights and wishes
upheld. This role is suitable for ages
17+.
