Assist the key and support workers with their daily tasks,
communicate effectively with the key and support workers, share any concerns
regarding young people with the relevant staff, to be a voice for the young
people in meetings e.e. focus groups, residents meetings. Be a good listener to
the young people by keeping professional and sharing information when needed
following the confidentiality procedures, encourage and support the young
people. This opportunity is suitable for
