Hidden History Researcher / Facilitator – Welsh Centre for International Affairs

Our project asks how has Wales contributed to peace since WW1?As part of answering that question, we want to explore the links Wales has had with other countries by showing solidarity with them.

You will support community groups to uncover their own hidden histories of international solidarity. This involves:

• Explaining the project to groups and what we can
• Helping them to:
• Identify the kinds of stories and histories that are interesting to the project.
• Upload and tag historical artifacts (minutes of meetings, publications, photos of events) to People’s Collection Wales.
• Tell their stories through writing, video, audio or other formats to disseminate their stories through social media and their networks.
• Share their skills with others in their communities/networks who might want to share more stories.  This opportunity is suitable for people age 18+.
