Working from your home, you'll be an organised person.
Friendly and outgoing, with a natural empathy for people. You will have the
ability to communicate well over the phone and face to face, and will enjoy
speaking to and meeting others. Your good knowledge of your local community and
its people, will be a great asset to us.
Our In Mems volunteers will work with little supervision,
and will enjoy getting the job done in order to increase funds for Welsh
Hearts. A strong commitment to the aims
and work of Welsh Hearts Calonnau Cymru is important.
The work includes helping us to administer funds received
through ‘in memoriam’ donations, as well as helping to raise awareness about
our commemoration funds. You will sympathetically acknowledge donations from
the next of kin, acknowledging receipt and recording funds from Funeral
Directors. The work also involves visiting Funeral Directors from time to time
to maintain and strengthen our relationships, and increase our profile.
