Ffrindia' project is a partnership between Mantell
Gwynedd, Age Cymru and Carers Outreach Gwynedd and Môn. Volunteers are required to befriend
individuals who are 50+ - visiting them weekly, and providing support and
encouragement for older people to join in local activities.
