Open to learning about pressures and demands facing our Force? Someone who can proactively develop the opportunities to support officers and staff through effective listening and being an approachable person?
North Wales Police are seeking to recruit a multi-faith Volunteer Chaplain to provide pastoral and spiritual care for members of the Force and their families, develop multi-faith networks within the Force, assist staff well-being, support operational policing and help facilitate community engagement.
