DWA is seeking an Internet, Social Media and
Communications Intern to raise the profile and visibility of the organisation
through a multi-channel campaign.
The Internet, Social Media and Communications Intern will
implement the communications strategy in order to improve the visibility and
raise the profile of DWA. The communication
strategy aims to raise awareness both inside and outside
of the Wales Africa Sector of DWA and advocate for inclusion of disabled people
within the sector.
The campaign will engage with new and existing members,
keeping them up to date with news, events, best practice within the field.
Responsibilities: Update
and maintain the DWA website, increase Facebook and Twitter presence, maintain
the membership database, and a log of interested parties, seek out news,
articles and events of relevance to the membership.
