To
work alongside the Feeling Herd staff to deliver equine-facilitated parenting
sessions to families who suffer disadvantage, helping them to gain confidence
and communication skills and improve their family relationship as well as
practical horse care skills. To work with service users in a person-centred,
non-judgemental way, listening to their needs, issues and aspirations and
ensuring that the ethos of WITH is upheld at all times.
