Activities/ Tasks
• To provide a quality service to victims of crime by maintaining regular contact.
• Providing victims with regular updates on crime investigations.
• Ensuring that Victim Contact Agreements have been agreed and that they have the Reporting Officers [RO] details and crime reference number.
• Ensuring that the Victim Needs Assessment has been completed by the RO.
• Signposting victims to support agencies.
• Updating victim contact details on RMS.
• Informing District Inspectors of excellent service/Performance issues in relation to the RO.
