Team Member - Helping people learn to use the internet – Citizens Online
Volunteers required to run 'drop in' sessions, where
members of the public can call in with queries or problems using the basics of
the internet, how to get online, use search engines, email and general everyday
use. We are not looking for technical wizards, just people who enjoy helping
others and have mastered everyday internet use. You will be part of a team
giving a couple of hours in your community to answer general queries and
offering assistance with basic problems that learners come across.
