Carers Outreach is an organisation that supports parents
and carers over 18 years in North West Wales.
Volunteers are needed to help during Carers Outreach
activity sessions.
You will be supporting parents and children / young
people with additional needs in these sessions. Activities include craft,
playing and offering support and information.
