A mentoring role, working with Sova ACE service users
(adults from the local BME and Migrant communities). Volunteers are matched to
the service user according to their skills and interests. The volunteer will
work with the individual, to build a goal focused mentoring relationship.
Volunteers will support the individuals into employment, training or
volunteering.
Volunteers who have the ability and motivation to mentor
individuals, into employment, training or volunteering. Accredited Training and support will be
offered to all volunteers.
