Mentoring Positive Steps volunteers by providing support
and encouragement. Positive Steps volunteers visit older people to help them
integrate into their local community. Positive Steps Mentors play an important
role in the nurturing of Positive Steps volunteers ensuring high standards and
a beneficial experience for all involved. They will maintain best practice by
organising one to one and group support sessions.
