Following the first successful Castell01 in 2016, STAMP
Caernarfon is seeking individuals interested in working with the team on the
delivery of STAMP Castell02 from Friday 12th – Sunday 14th May, 2017. It will
be an exciting weekend showing work by artists in Caernarfon Castle and around
the town walls that celebrates the town, its people, buildings and histories.
STAMP Castell02 also coincides with Caernarfon's second
Food Festival, which takes place on the same weekend, so there will be lots of
activity and things to do for residents and visitors.
There are a number of opportunities for volunteers to get
involved including:
• meeting,
greeting and guiding the public around the locations of the artwork;
• ensuring
the artworks are safe (invigilating) and describing the artists’ ideas to the
audience so that they have a more enjoyable experience (interpretation);
• helping
to deliver arts activities with the general public;
• helping
to capture the experiences of visitors
